Merse, Cascarino, Stevie G, Sullivan and our old boss in the season's worst predictions

Now the volcanic dust is beginning to settle on the 2010-2011 season, it's time to look back to last August - when we barely knew what a superinjunction was - and rake over the pundits' pre-season predictions.
First, the good ones. Almost everyone named Blackpool to go down. Almost everyone went for United, Chelsea, Arsenal and City to be the top four. Paul Wilson (Observer) tipped Javier Hernandez to be signing of the season.
