Pato's double delights Milan and Berlusconi

Milan owner and Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi is convinced that "the Scudetto is close" after seeing his side comfortably beat Internazionale 3-0 in the Milan derby on Saturday night. But Inter coach Leonardo, who managed the Rossoneri last year and made more than 100 appearances for them as a player, has refused to concede the Serie A title: "The battle is by no means over, although five points out of a possible 21 won't be easy to make up."
